We’re currently seeking a Legal PA to join a highly regarded law firm in the entertainment sector, specifically working with music, sports, and entertainment clients. This is an excellent opportunity to support a dynamic team of solicitors, including two partners and six associates, in an admin-heavy role that offers career progression within a supportive environment.

About the Role:As a Legal PA, you will provide essential support to the partners and associates, assisting with a variety of administrative tasks. You’ll have the chance to work closely with a friendly and supportive team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive PA support to the partners and associates, including calendar management, meeting arrangements (both in-person and virtual), and handling correspondence.
  • Manage new client setups and liaise with third parties on behalf of the firm.
  • Assist with billing tasks, including raising invoices, billing guides, and maintaining spreadsheets (experience with litigation billing is a plus, but not essential).
  • Handle digital dictation and ensure documents are accurately amended, formatted, and compared.
  • Perform copy typing, time recording, and digital filing.
  • Support marketing administration, including updating LinkedIn and website content.
  • Manage office administration duties, including managing subscriptions, dealing with stationery and computer supplies, and liaising with contractors.
  • Prepare and submit expense claims for the team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2-4 years of experience as a Legal PA, preferably with experience in the music, sports, or entertainment sectors (however, this is not a strict requirement).
  • Previous experience in a law firm is essential; practice group doesn’t matter, but familiarity with legal environments is key.
  • A proactive team player with great attention to detail and a high standard of professionalism.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Hours & Location:

  • Full-time role: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • The office is based at Imperial Wharf, Fulham, a vibrant area close to Chelsea Harbour.
  • Initially, this role requires working in the office 5 days a week for the first 3 months, after which there is a hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 from home).
