The client:

My client are a leading global Law firm based in stunning city offices seeking two Personal Assistants to join their Shipping Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a growing business and a fast paced sociable environment.

The role:

Client relationshop management
Supporting lawyers in marketing and BD activities
Managing diaries and organsing nationwide and global travel
Expense management
Document production
Sending bills to clients and assisting lawyers with the billing process

The person:

5 years experience within a Legal PA position
Experience within either Transactional or Litigation practice groups
Experience using systems such as iManage, Intapp, time recording, 3E Elite and Interaction.
Excellent attention to details
Degree educated preferable but not essential
Previous experience working within a Law firm
