Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary management (proactively and accurately monitor / oversee inboxes, calendars, diaries and travel).
  • Marketing and business development duties to support practice.
  • Making appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Organising client and internal meetings.
  • Answering and placing telephone calls professionally; taking accurate and complete messages.

Legal PA Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Legal PA / Secretary within a recognised law firm.
  • Experience gained within a Corporate / Banking / Finance practice group would be advantageous.
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Enjoy working in a busy and fast paced environment.
