Level 2/3 Qualified Practitioner – Hammersmith and Fulham – Immediate Start

We are collaborating with an excellent nursery school in Hammersmith and Fulham to recruit a new L3 Early Years Practitioner for their team, aiming for a permanent start as soon as possible. This nursery offers a vibrant and spacious environment where children can flourish, along with exceptional opportunities for training and professional growth. Please note, this position is term-time only.

The RoleAs a Level 2/3 practitioner in this nurturing and inclusive setting, your role will involve supporting children aged 0 to 5 years. Your responsibilities will include fostering a safe and enriching educational atmosphere, with a solid grasp of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) being essential. Moreover, this position offers you the opportunity to creatively utilize resources that will inspire and enhance the children's learning experiences.

The ideal candidate

  • Minimum Level 2/Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
