L2/L3 Early Years Educator - Clapham - Immediate Start
We are looking for Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Educators to join a budding nursery school in Clapham! This is a full term and permanent position starting as soon as possible.
The role As an Early Years Educator, you will facilitate creativity, curiosity, and growth within young people. You will bring the nursery’s curriculums to life, inspiring children to dream big, think for themselves, and explore their environment with confidence. With access to our innovative resources and training, you will be empowered to spark young minds while also developing your own skills along the way!
The ideal Early Years Educator
- Hold a Level 2 OR Level 3 EYFS qualification
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and pedagogy.
- Proven ability to engage children in learning through effective communication and a deep understanding of their needs.
- Serve as a positive role model.
- Maintain a flexible, "can do" attitude.
- Demonstrate a passion for working with young children
Salary is dependent on relevant qualification level and experience.
