Early Years Nursery Practitioner –  Greenwich  – Immediate Start
We are collaborating with a fantastic nursery in Greenwich to recruit a new L3 Early Years Practitioner for their team, with the aim of starting on a permanent basis as soon as possible. This nursery school offers a delightful and open-plan setting where children can flourish and develop, along with excellent opportunities for training and skill enhancement.
The Role
As an early years practitioner in this supportive and inclusive atmosphere, you will be responsible for assisting children aged 0 to 5 years. Your duties will include creating a safe and enriching educational environment. A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is crucial.
Additionally, this position allows you to creatively employ resources to inspire and elevate the children's learning experiences.
Hours (if applicable)
Full time position (41 hours a week)
4 ½ days a week (4 x full days 8am-6pm  with a 1-hour break and 1 x ½ day 8am-1pm  or 1pm  6pm )
½ day can vary and you are accommodating for appointments etc.
The ideal candidate
- Level 3 EYFS Practitioner
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and pedagogy
- Experience of engaging children with learning, through effective communication and full understanding of a child’s needs
- Be a positive role model
- A flexible, ‘can do’ attitude
- Passion for working with young children
