Level 3 Nursery Practitioner | ASAP

Teach Plus are currently working with a 3-form entry, 'Outstanding' nursery school located in Hammersmith.

The school is welcoming and happy place where the children flourish in the environment. The children's behaviour is exemplary, and the children learn to become independent. There are lots of opportunities for further training and development for all staff members.

The role is for a full time Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to start asap.

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will be expected to:

  • Deliver high-quality care and education to children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage holistic development
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress and use these insights to inform future planning
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and inclusive learning environment
  • Manage transitions and help children settle into routines, promoting a smooth learning experience

The ideal candidate for the Level 3 Nursery Practitioner role will have:

  • Level 3 Early Years Educator Qualification is essential
  • Recent classroom supporting experience within a nursery school setting
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood development principles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
  • Right to work in the UK
