We’re looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join the founding team of a new Montessori-inspired nursery in Wandsworth Town. This is a unique opportunity to help create an engaging and nurturing space where children can learn, explore, and grow.

In this role, you’ll play a key role in supporting young learners through hands-on activities, outdoor play, and sensory experiences. Your focus will be on encouraging independence and curiosity in a calm, inspiring environment.

The Person

We’re looking for someone who:

Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent).
Is enthusiastic about Montessori-style, child-led learning.
Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
Takes a caring, proactive, and creative approach.
Understands safeguarding and EYFS principles.
