Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging learning opportunities and deliver exceptional care.
- Plan and implement effective teaching strategies aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Safeguard and promote the health, safety, and well-being of all children.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, children, and families.
Key Attributes and Requirements:
- A genuine passion for the childcare industry.
- Leadership experience in early years settings.
- Extensive knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork.
