Level 3 Qualified Practitioner – Wandsworth – Immediate Start

We are collaborating with a fantastic nursery school in Wandsworth to recruit a new Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for their team, aiming for a permanent start as soon as possible. This nursery offers a bright, open-plan environment that fosters children's growth and development, along with exceptional opportunities for training and skill enhancement. This role is an all year-round position.

The Role As a Level 3 practitioner in this nurturing and inclusive setting, you will be tasked with supporting children from birth to five years old. Your responsibilities will involve establishing a safe and enriching educational environment, where a solid grasp of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is essential. Furthermore, this role offers the opportunity to creatively utilize resources to inspire and enhance the children's learning experiences.

The ideal candidate

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
  • Knowledge of child development theories and practices
  • Paediatric First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
