Profile:Abbatt are currently recruiting for a Lifestyle Concierge to join one of our high-end clients offering luxury experience. The successful candidate will support the delivery of concierge tasks, to enhance their customer service further and provide a seamless travel / entertainment arrangement.Ideally, you'll be a creative thinker who is highly organised with a forward-planning attitude. You will have exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to use their dedicated systems to execute your duties.Responsibilities

  • Excellent customer service and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships.
  • Be the direct point of contact for the Management Agent
  • Serve as a key point of contact for residents and efficiently respond to enquiries and requests.
  • Liaise with contractors and arrange for them to attend site as and when required
  • Take full ownership of resident requests and deliver a seamless travel / entertainment arrangement
  • Work with a number of suppliers across the luxury travel industry to elevate our client's experience.
  • Stay current with the development's offerings: for example, local dining, attractions and events at each destination.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to problem solve
  • Ensure that the residents have a smooth luxury travel experience, taking care of flight check-ins, health forms, transfers and additional in resort bookings/services.
  • Complete a variety of administrative tasks including invoicing, confirmation documentation and creating detailed holiday itineraries.
  • Provide a high-touch, proactive service to our clients using our dedicated system
