Job Description:

Use your expertise to design exceptional holidays across Asia and provide a personalised service that exceeds expectations. You’ll focus on excellent customer service while driving sales.

  • Develop and cost unique, tailor-made travel itineraries customized to individual client preferences
  • Deliver excellent service to new and existing clients, ensuring effective account conversion and retention via phone, email, and in-person
  • Stay informed on specialist products through research, data analysis, and information sharing within the team
  • Work with other departments to ensure seamless post-booking organisation and team success
  • Collaborate with senior staff to review and enhance product offerings in Asia
  • Assist the Region Manager with daily operations, including recruitment and training of team members

Experience Required:

  • Must have 2 - 5 years of experience in the same or similar role selling Asia and Australasia regions
  • Excellent knowledge of Asia and Australasia, with a special focus on Australia and New Zealand
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality results within set timeframes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional, personable approach with the ability to build strong relationships
