This role is truly an incredible opportunity. Not only will you curate from scratch the most amazing journeys, think private jets, helicopter, yachts, white glove experiences, but you will also host them to make sure everything runs smoothly.

As a luxury travel consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team, shaping exceptional travel experiences while benefiting from an excellent salary plus profit share, exciting travel opportunities, and generous annual leave among other perks.

Job Description:

In this role, you will manage all project elements, from coordinating suppliers and controlling budgets to overseeing logistics and engaging with clients, working closely with in-house specialists to deliver exceptional results.

  • Create completely bespoke, high ticket and budget unique adventure ideas
  • Collaborate with experts to make sure ideas are well-executed
  • Come up with new and exciting travel experiences
  • Manage all the details, including travel plans and backup options
  • Ensure resources are obtained quickly and cost-effectively
  • Handle trip budgets, costs, and financial planning
  • Oversee payments to suppliers and manage client finances
  • Help manage the team and assign tasks
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners

Experience Required:

  • MUST have 3 years + experience, working with high net worth clients within the travel sector
  • Highly organised and the best decision maker and problem solver
  • Experience managing budgets and maintaining relationships with external partners
  • Genuine passion for travel and adventure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, keeping managers updated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
  • Strong numerical skills for managing project finances
  • Skilled in building relationships with clients and suppliers
