About The Role:
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs
- Assisting the Store Manager with morning briefs
- Leading and supporting a small team
- Conducting sales reports
- Supporting with in-store operations
- Developing strong relationships with VIP clients
- Providing expert product knowledge and personalised recommendations
- Conducting private appointments
- Offering styling guidance
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
About You:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- CRM experience
- Commercially minded
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Previous experience within a luxury or premium womenswear brand
The Package:
- Up to £45,000 per annum OTE.
