An Elite Boutique Investment Bank with a reputable name in the US and Europe are looking for an enthusiastic M&A Analyst to join their continuing growing team The role, focused in the TMT team of the Bank gives you an exciting opportunity to work in a fast paced, growing team on some thrilling projects with prestigious clients where you can learn and develop your skillset and on top of that a competitive salary and great bonus structure! Key Responsibilities:
- Execution of on-going deals within the group
- Supporting senior bankers delivering strategic advice to clients
- Preparation of pitch book and discussion materials
- Data analysis
- Modelling (merger models, LBO, etc.)
Candidates should have/be:
- Strong Academics - A degree 2:1 or higher from a top university
- A passion for and interest in the TMT space
- An effective communicator
- Eligible to work in the UK
