CMC Consulting are currently working an exciting opportunity within M&A specialising in Tech for a dynamic and growing Mid-Market Boutique Investment Bank.
Our Client is looking for a talented M&A Associate/VP professional to drive execution on a variety of projects. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of major M&A transactions, building and managing financial models, including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, and merger scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day transaction advisory across diverse segments.
- Design and manage financial models for live and potential M&A deals.
- Prepare impactful pitch books that contribute to the business development efforts.
- Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout deal execution, building industry-specific expertise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and share best practices.
