CMC Consulting are currently working an exciting opportunity within M&A specialising in Tech for a dynamic and growing Mid-Market Boutique Investment Bank.

Our Client is looking for a talented M&A Associate/VP professional to drive execution on a variety of projects. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of major M&A transactions, building and managing financial models, including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, and merger scenarios.
