M&E Commissioning Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced M&E Commissioning Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in the success of various high-profile projects across London. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the commissioning process, ensuring that M&E systems are delivered to the highest standards.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage: Oversee commissioning activities across multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and achievement of quality standards.
  • Plan and strategize: Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules, and strategies in collaboration with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Technical expertise: Provide technical leadership and support for commissioning HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Quality assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and client requirements. Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor progress and adhere to quality and safety protocols.
  • Stakeholder management: Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring expectations are met.
  • Risk management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure changes are documented, communicated, and approved.
  • Team leadership: Lead and mentor a team of commissioning engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive working environment.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field. (Professional accreditation a plus)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E commissioning, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Experience working with on large-scale projects in London or similar metropolitan areas.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of M&E systems, commissioning processes, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in commissioning management software and tools.
