We are working with a leading facilities management company dedicated to providing exceptional maintenance services across a range of sectors whopride themselveson theircommitment to quality, safety, and sustainability. Theyare currently seeking a skilled M&E Engineer to join our dynamic team in Central London, paying up t045'000 per annum.

Role Overview: As an M&E Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of mechanical and electrical systems on multiple sites. You will be responsible for both planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Diagnose faults and perform repairs.
  • Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.
  • Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and plans.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a similar role within facilities management or building services.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Valid driving license is preferred.
