Sonic Summary

An M&E bias planner is needed for multiple projects across London, joining a well-established MEP subcontractor in the high-end residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in central London, requiring a full M&E background and previous experience in high-end residential or commercial projects.
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with planning procedures, identifying planning scopes and constraints, and producing planning deliverables such as programmes and reports.
Experience with Asta and P6 software is desirable, along with the ability to work collaboratively on construction outputs and resource levelling techniques.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should have relevant experience in the field.

M&E bias planner required to work on multiple projects throughout London.

This is to join an established MEP sub contractor who work within the high end residential, commercial & healthcare sector.

This is a permanent full time office / site based position within central London.

Duties:

Ensuring that the programme content is fully compliant with the planning procedures
Identifying planning scope, major constraints and requirements of contract
Identifying any factors affecting the programme
Establishing and agreeing with Operations construction outputs and agree with working hours
Producing and documenting the planning deliverables including programmes, presentations and reports
Producing the Tender Programme and supporting information in accordance with the tender requirements
Developing overall programmes, issuing to all parties for review and implementing recommendations, innovation and best practice as applicable
Reconciling company and sub-contract plant/labour and major materials elements in conjunction where appropriate Applying resource levelling techniques as necessary
