M&E bias planner required to work on multiple projects throughout London.

This is to join an established MEP sub contractor who work within the high end residential, commercial & healthcare sector.

This is a permanent full time office / site based position within central London.

Duties:

  • Ensuring that the programme content is fully compliant with the planning procedures
  • Identifying planning scope, major constraints and requirements of contract
  • Identifying any factors affecting the programme
  • Establishing and agreeing with Operations construction outputs and agree with working hours
  • Producing and documenting the planning deliverables including programmes, presentations and reports
  • Producing the Tender Programme and supporting information in accordance with the tender requirements
  • Developing overall programmes, issuing to all parties for review and implementing recommendations, innovation and best practice as applicable
  • Reconciling company and sub-contract plant/labour and major materials elements in conjunction where appropriate Applying resource levelling techniques as necessary

Requirements:

  • Asta experience & P6 desirable
  • Full M&E background
  • Previous experience within the high end residential /commercial sector
  • Happy to work full time in central London
