A modern Cost Consultancy which strives for excellence, is seeking a competent M&E Quantity Surveyor with a mechanical and electrical bias, and a desire to work on a broad range of mouth-watering projects.

The M&E Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful M&E Quantity Surveyor will join a close knit MEP team, which sits alongside an award winning quantity surveying team, and is led by a personable MEP Quantity Surveying Partner who focuses on improving his Quantity Surveyor's skillset daily.

In terms of the work, the M&E Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to a 300M new build office, jump on a mix of research labs, and be part of an incredible 100M Cat B fit out project.

The M&E Quantity Surveyor

  • Must have MEP/M&E Quantity Surveying experience
  • The M&E experience must be within a consultancy/pqs/cost management practice
  • Pre and post contract experience
  • Completed a RICS accredited degree
  • 3+ years MEP/M&E Quantity Surveying experience
  • Presentable, intelligent, professional
