Central London

We are seeking aSenior MEP Quantity Surveyor with either an electrical or mechanicalbias to oversee major shell & coreprojectson behalf of a leading UK MEPcompany in their major projects division. Projects valued up to 100m MEP.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage mechanical & Electricalelements on a high-profile commercial project.
Ensure accurate cost management, valuation, and forecasting for all assigned MEPpackages.
Collaborate effectively with theCommercial Managerand project team to align project goals.
Provide detailed financial reporting and support for project cost control.

Requirements:

Extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor within MEP projects, preferably with a focus on Shell & Core.
Proven expertise on large-scale, complex builds within the commercial refurb and newbuild.
Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
