With M&E packages valued up to £70 million, the company offers a turnkey MEP engineering-led solution, including full in-house design, procurement, and a fully equipped site team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an Assistant or Intermediate M&E QS working within a tier-one contractor who feels stagnant and is ready to step up into a role with clear progression to M&E Commercial Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all costing and financial aspects of large-scale MEP projects.
  • Oversee procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and commercial reporting.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on budget, maximizing profitability.
  • Work closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to drive success.
  • Utilize cost management software and provide accurate financial forecasting.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years' experience in an M&E Quantity Surveying role.
  • Strong background in tier-one or leading M&E contractors.
  • Proven track record of commercial management on high-value MEP projects.
  • Excellent negotiation, cost forecasting, and contract management skills.
