Key Responsibilities:
Technical Enablement & Guidance:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering best practices and expert-level guidance for a seamless digital transformation.
- Assist customers in planning and executing Microsoft Intune deployments, including device enrollment, policy creation, application management, and more.
- Provide hands-on training and workshops to elevate clients' understanding of Intune features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Intune with enterprise mobility and security solutions.
Customer Focus & Results-Oriented:
- Foster a customer-centric approach to consistently deliver comprehensive, secure solutions that meet client needs.
- Proactively seek customer feedback to enhance solutions and build strong customer relationships.
- Apply problem-solving skills to help clients overcome technical challenges in collaboration with internal teams.
Continuous Learning & Knowledge Sharing:
- Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Intune features, updates, and best practices, ensuring clients benefit from cutting-edge technology.
- Share insights and knowledge with internal teams and customers to improve both product offerings and service delivery.
Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, policy creation, application management, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Deep understanding of Windows 10 and Windows 11, as well as Microsoft 365 Apps deployment and troubleshooting.
- Strong familiarity with Windows Update for Business (WUfB) and Microsoft Entra ID (Join types, Security, Conditional Access policies).
- Knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management concepts.
- Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Co-Management is highly desirable.
Additional Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite and understanding of Windows 365.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals are a plus.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on technical delivery and cross-team collaboration.
Collaboration & Influence:
- Ability to collaborate on complex, multi-faceted programs across teams with varying priorities.
- Experience creating and delivering product training to enhance team and customer knowledge.
- Ability to influence customers and guide them toward implementing Microsoft technologies to meet their business objectives.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken). Additional languages (such as Italian, French, or Spanish) are a plus.
