Job Title: Microsoft 365 Copilot Specialist

Location: SW London (Hybrid role commutable 1 day a week)

Salary: £50 - £80k DOE

This is a great opportunity to join a leading Microsoft Gold Partner and be their go to specialist for Copilot engagements. As a business they deliver cutting-edge digital transformation services across industries such as Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Legal, Finance, and the Public Sector. It will be working alongside an expert team of consultants and developers specializing in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure.

They are seeking someone to design and lead engaging workshops, equipping organisations with the knowledge and skills to maximize the potential of Microsoft Copilot. With a strong consultancy background and ideally experience with another Microsoft Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in their mission to deliver exceptional client solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver dynamic, hands-on workshops to clients, showcasing the power of Microsoft Copilot and its application to their business needs.
  • Leverage your consultancy expertise to identify client challenges and tailor solutions
  • Collaborate with their M365, Power Platform, and Azure teams to design seamless integration strategies.
  • Assist with running Microsoft Partner Incentive programs
  • Keep up to date with the latest Copilot advancements and market trends

Experience required;

  • Proven experience running workshops or training sessions, ideally in a technical or digital transformation context.
  • A consultancy background, with experience at a Microsoft Partner being highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including M365, Power Platform, and Azure services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
  • Passion for innovation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
