Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking to advance your career with one of the largest and most respected FM companies in London? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our dynamic team, helping to maintain and ensure the smooth operation of commercial and residential properties across the city.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
  • Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests, diagnosing and repairing issues efficiently to minimise downtime.
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and complies with company and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including job logs, reports, and documentation of completed work.
  • Collaborate with other teams, contractors, and site managers to coordinate tasks and ensure seamless building operations.
  • Regularly inspect equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, providing high-quality service to clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance engineering role, ideally within facilities management or a similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical services.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ) in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotational shift pattern or call-out basis, as required.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
