This role involves both hands-on repairs and liaising with contractors to maintain an exceptional workspace experience.

Responsibilities

  • Performing routine site inspections, identifying issues, and reporting major repair needs.
  • Undertaking general maintenance tasks such as plumbing (e.g., fixing leaks, replacing taps), minor electrical work, and tiling.
  • Supporting office setup activities, including installing TVs, whiteboards, and other fittings during tenant move-ins.
  • Carrying out decorating tasks such as painting and hanging picture frames.
  • Managing light carpentry projects like assembling cabinets.
