Responsibilities
- Performing routine site inspections, identifying issues, and reporting major repair needs.
- Undertaking general maintenance tasks such as plumbing (e.g., fixing leaks, replacing taps), minor electrical work, and tiling.
- Supporting office setup activities, including installing TVs, whiteboards, and other fittings during tenant move-ins.
- Carrying out decorating tasks such as painting and hanging picture frames.
- Managing light carpentry projects like assembling cabinets.
- Acting as the first responder to maintenance issues, assessing the situation, completing repairs, or recommending specialist contractors.
- Monitoring contractor work on-site to ensure it meets company standards.
Requirements
