We are looking for a Maintenance Technician!
You will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous maintenance work, particularly in building fabric/joinery/carpentry/plumbing
- Computer literate - you will need to write reports on the computer and view requests
- Be able to carry out property maintenance, decorating, plumbing and project management works
- Supervising specialist contractors
- Previous experience with sourcing, ordering and costing materials
- Customer focused
- Good communication skills
- Organised approach to work
- Be able to respond to help desk queries
- Communicate with stakeholders
- Motivation and drive
Hours of work:
8am - 7pm Monday - Friday (with the occasional weekend or emergency call out) Hours may vary but will average at 40 hours per week.
