Job Summary:
- Provide excellent nail care to customers
- Create and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Maintain positive customer relations with all aspects of your customers
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Creates work rosters balancing stylist availability with appointment bookings and salon hours.
- Ensures the reception area, break room, dispensary and workstations meet standards for cleanliness, organisation and functionality
- Stocking the proper hair, skin and nail care products at adequate levels is imperative. The manager places and reviews inventory orders.
Required:
- Nails - BIAB, Shellac Manicures and Pedicures - MUST
- Waxing - MUST
- Massage - Preferred
- Eyelash and Brow Treatments - Preferred
- Beauty Therapist: 2 years salon experience (MUST)
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Duties include but are not limited to: providing accurate nail care to customers, maintaining cleanliness of the salon, and other duties as assigned by management
- Must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work within the UK
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.
- Ability to speakChinese- MUST
- Ability to specialise in complex creations for nail art-MUST
Licence/Certification:
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or relevant (required)
