We have an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing and Salesforce Technical Lead to join Robert Walters as a Workforce Consultant. As an Employed Workforce Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Reobert Walters and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations.This role offers the opportunity to play a hands-on part in creating new customer journeys, data-driven marketing automations, and personalised AI campaigns. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and possess the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple suppliers and internal stakeholders. This is a remote position that allows you to work from anywhere while making significant contributions to a dynamic team.* Hands-on role in building new customer journeys* Opportunity to deploy special projects in a short timeframe* Remote working flexibilityWhat you'll do:As a Marketing and Salesforce Technical Lead, your primary responsibility will be to take our client's marketing strategy to the next level. You'll have a direct impact on the end-to-end customer journey, designing and overseeing the implementation of campaigns across all touchpoints. Your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be crucial as you review and re-configure the existing technical set up and CRM integration.
