A leading Facilities Maintenance provider is seeking a Mechanically Biased Shift Engineer for a high-profile building in London SW10.
The candidate must possess a City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or HVAC, along with experience in PPM and reactive maintenance on various plant systems.
Relevant skills in Building Services and possession of personal hand tools, safety boots, and appropriate work attire are required.
The position involves a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, with working hours from 08.00-20.00 and 20.00-08.00.
The pay rate for this temporary position, lasting at least one month, is £24.00 per hour.

One of our clients a leading Facilities Maintenance provider is looking for a Mechanically Biased Shift Engineer to work within a High-Profile Building based in London SW10 with an immediate start.

Job details:
City & Guilds or equivalent in Mechanical or HVAC
PPM and reactive maintenance on plant such as: - AHU's, FCU's, Pumps, Motor Drives, Valves, Pipe Work, Gaskets, Heating systems, steam, Calorifiers & HVAC.
Must have relevant skills and experience of working within Building Services
Have own hand tools for job, safety boots and tidy blues/blacks.
Working hours 08.00-20.00 & 20.00-08.00 on a 4 on 4 off Shift Pattern, Days & Nights
This is a temporary position for 1month +
Pay Rate £24.00/hr
