Contract: Two-year fixed term contract

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Start: January 2025

We are partnering with an organisation that represents more than 300 high-quality British international schools in 82 countries worldwide and more than 190 commercial/partner organisations to recruit a new Membership Engagement Executive.

This newly created hybrid role involves mostly home working, with a requirement to be at their London office on average once per month.

Within this varied role you can expect to be involved in the following duties:

  • Coordinate the onboarding of new members and commercial partners.
  • Being first point of contact for their school members and partner organisations.
  • Building strong relationships with existing members and partners via regular outreach calls.
  • Support in the creation of a retention strategy to ensure action is taking for members at risk of lapsing.
  • Support Communications team in the production of newsletters, blogs and webinars.
  • Coordinate membership networking opportunities and online forums.

If you have extensive experience within Membership services, account management or secondary education, we would love to hear from you asap.

We're also looking for you to possess the following qualities:

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with autonomy
  • Solutions-focussed with the ability to use your own initiative.
  • Possess a natural flair for delighting members/customers.
  • Well organised with the ability to both manage expectations and maintain relationships with your members.
