Our client is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Technician / Coordinator to join their building services team in working on a range of technically challenging projects, including commercial buildings, government projects including HM prison refurbishment and new builds. The MOJ projects tend to be very data intensive so you will ideally have experience using COBie.

The team is made up of 25 talented individuals across 3 offices nationwide, and they provide a supportive and collaborative working environment that supports their engineers in CPD and CEng applications. 90% of the engineers in the business are CEng and the other 10% are being supported towards it.
As well as enjoying the office environment you will also be exposed to a number of technically challenging projects including large scale commercial office, educational buildings and HM Prison refurb and new build. Prison work is very interesting in the sense it flips the engineering on its head, you'll be use to designing projects with freedom of access and movement whereas prison work is the opposite and adds a new level of engineering to your skill set.
You will ideally have 4 to 6 years relevant industry experience within MEP BIM / Revit and have good experience using COBie. Your background will be ideally be a similar MEP building services consultant or contractor.
