My client is a well-established Building Services Contractor, recognised for its multidisciplinary expertise in the design, construction, MEP services, as well as aftercare maintenance division.
They have built strong, long-term relationships with key industry clients and are a trusted partner across sectors such as data centres, mission-critical facilities, and various mixed-use developments nationwide.
We are currently looking for an MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team, overseeing a portfolio of projects including data centres, mission-critical, healthcare, and educational facilities across London and the surrounding areas.
In this role, you will act as the lead QS for projects with MEP values ranging from 500k to 5m, reporting directly to the Divisional Director.
My client offers a hybrid working environment, providing flexibility between on-site duties and remote work when needed.

This is a PAYE position with a competitive salary range of 65,000 - 75,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
