The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure, and be passionate about driving digital transformation in the government sector.This is a hybrid remote position with the opportunity to work closely with public sector clients to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions that improve business processes, enhance efficiency, and foster innovation. As a Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in leading client engagements, gathering requirements, advising on best practices, and configuring Dynamics 365 solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.Key Responsibilities:

Lead client requirement gathering sessions, working directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide expert advice on business process improvements, leveraging your knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure.
Direct contact with clients, ensuring strong relationships and delivering high-quality, tailored solutions.
Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, ensuring they are optimised for client requirements.
Deliver end-user training and support, ensuring clients are equipped to get the most from their solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and manage project time lines effectively.
Ensure successful delivery of digital transformation projects within budget and to the satisfaction of clients.

Skills & Experience Required:

5+ years of functional consulting experience, ideally across multiple sectors.
Proven expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Current Microsoft D365 certifications (e.g., Functional Consultant Associate) and relevant Power Platform certifications.
Strong understanding of Azure services and how they integrate with Dynamics 365 solutions.
Solid commercial awareness and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work with government clients or in regulated sectors is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
