We're working on behalf of a global, industry-leading consultancy to find a D365 Solution Architect with expertise in Sales & Field Services modules. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and shape cutting-edge Dynamics 365 implementations, working with enterprise clients to design and deploy transformative solutions.

What You'll Be Doing- Solution Architecture & Design - Lead the technical and architectural design of Dynamics 365 CE Sales & Field Services solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with BAs, functional leads, and end-users to ensure the architecture aligns with business needs.
- Integration & Data Management - Design solutions that seamlessly integrate with third-party systems and oversee data migration processes.
- Team Leadership - Guide and support developers and SMEs, ensuring technical excellence across projects.
- Technical Delivery - Collaborate with delivery teams to implement scalable, high-performance solutions.
- Pre-Sales & Strategy - Support pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise and delivering demonstrations to prospective clients.
? Extensive experience as a Technical Consultant or Solution Architect in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).? Proven track record of full lifecycle D365 CE implementations (Sales & Field Services).? Deep understanding of SQL Server, SSRS, .NET, Web APIs, C#, and JavaScript.? Ability to write high-level solution architecture & detailed technical design documentation.? Experience working with Azure, Power Platform, and Customer Insights is a plus.? TOGAF certification and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM certifications (MB-210) are highly desirable.
