About the Role

We are seeking a talented Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join a leading global consultancy. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, delivering innovative Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to enterprise clients.

As a Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in project discovery, business process mapping, and requirement gathering, ensuring successful Sales and Field Services module implementations. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to shape solutions that drive transformation and business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead discussions with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and document requirements.
  • Design, configure, and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions, focusing on Sales and Field Services modules.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis to align customer needs with system capabilities.
  • Guide teams in data migration, integration, and performance optimization.
  • Manage Agile delivery teams and business analysts, ensuring effective project execution.
  • Lead RFI/RFP responses, shaping solutions for new and existing Dynamics 365 engagements.
  • Work with stakeholders to define DevOps and Azure cloud-based solutions.
Skills & Experience Required

? Proven experience in implementing Dynamics 365 CE solutions, particularly in Sales & Field Services modules.? Strong expertise in business process mapping, backlog refinement, and Agile methodologies.? Ability to lead client discussions, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver tailored solutions.? Experience in Dynamics 365 project estimation, fitment analysis, and bid management.? Understanding of Microsoft Azure and DevOps for project implementation.? Excellent knowledge of data migration and integration best practices.

Desirable Skills

? Product Management & Agile delivery experience? Azure DevOps knowledge? Experience responding to greenfield and enhancement project proposals
