Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

We are looking for a skilled Functional Consultant to work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, design effective solutions, and guide organisations through digital transformation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. The role requires a deep understanding of business processes, the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, and a passion for delivering impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business objectives and align them with Dynamics 365 capabilities.
- Provide expert guidance on the Finance module and demonstrate a willingness to expand into other modules.
- Lead full ERP implementation lifecycles, including process analysis, solution design, and system configuration.
- Facilitate workshops to gather user requirements and translate them into business processes and product backlogs.
- Work within Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and writing Epics, Features, and User Stories.
- Leverage the broader Microsoft ecosystem, including PowerApps, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure, and Office 365, to create integrated solutions.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong ability to build lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate solutions and business value clearly.
- Experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from executives to end-users.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions that enhance customer experience.
- A commitment to staying updated with the latest features and functionalities of the Microsoft technology stack.
- Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
- Scrum Master experience is a plus.
This role offers a hybrid working environment with flexibility to work across offices, client sites, and remotely as required.
