A Primary School ASD Unit in the Kennington/Vauxhall area is looking for a Midday Lunch Supervisor to join their team. This part-time role runs from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children in a structured and supportive environment.
Midday Lunch Supervisor - Role Details:
- Supervise children as a Midday Lunch Supervisor during lunchtime in the ASD unit.
- Support pupils as a Midday Lunch Supervisor with social interaction and positive behaviour.
- Assist with meal routines, ensuring a safe and inclusive atmosphere.
- Work closely with school staff to maintain a calm and structured setting.
Midday Lunch Supervisor - Who Can Apply?
- Previous experience as a Midday Lunch Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, or working with ASD pupils is beneficial.
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting children.
- Ability to promote positive behaviour and assist with mealtime routines.
- A valid Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one through Reeson Education.
