Seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Midday Meal Supervisor to join the team and help create a positive dining and playtime experience for pupils.

Role and Responsibilities:As a Midday Meal Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise children during lunchtimes, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
  • Support positive behavior and encourage good table manners during meal times.
  • Assist with setting up and clearing the dining areas.
  • Engage with students in playground activities, promoting a fun and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Address minor issues or conflicts and report any concerns to appropriate staff.
  • Ensure adherence to the school's policies on safeguarding and health & safety.

  • A friendly and approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine interest in working with children and supporting their development.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
