THE COMPANY

Our client is a small but mighty agency, with a real passion for creative storytelling, who work with some fantastic brands.  They create great content for TV, social media, online and OOH.  The agency has a great company culture, they offer an excellent package of benefits and really value their team.

 

THE ROLE

As Editor, you will be responsible for creating long and short form content for a variety of brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished short and long form content.
  • Ensure seamless transitions, continuity, and a visually engaging narrative.
  • Manage and organise large volumes of footage and assets efficiently.
  • Maintain an organised file structure and adhere to project timelines
  • Work with the wider team to solve issues.
  • All content must adhere to agency guidelines, client briefs and industry best practices.
  • Ensure colour correction and colour grading is effectively used across all relevant projects.
  • Carry out sound design on all edits where appropriate.
  • Work with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure solutions meet or exceed clients’ strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to establishing the workflows within the team including freelancers.

 

THE PERSON

  • At least 4 years’ experience in editing content for brands 
  • Advanced skills in Premier Pro CC
  • A solid understanding of Adobe Audition
  • Knowledge of After Effects / Graphics
  • Solid understanding of production workflow
  • Photoshop skills
  • The ability to work to deadlines whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail
