Minute Taker (Adhoc Shifts)Location: Battersea, LondonWe are looking for a experienced minute taker for a charity based in the heart of Battersea.Role Overview: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Minute Taker on an adhoc basis for the next 6 months. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately capture the essence of meetings.Pay: £18 - £21 per hour, Adhoc shifts on a 6 months basis. Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend meetings as required and take comprehensive minutes.
  • Ensure minutes are clear, concise, and accurately reflect the discussions and decisions made.
  • Distribute minutes to relevant parties in a timely manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a minute taker.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to attend meetings on an adhoc basis.
  • Availability for both in-person and virtual meetings via Teams.
