Salary: 44,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
About the Company:
Our client, a prominent Facilities Management (FM) company, is seeking a versatile Mobile M&E Engineer with a plumbing or mechanical bias to join their team. Covering London and the South East, this role offers the opportunity to work across a range of client sites, providing both mechanical and electrical support in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of mechanical and electrical systems, with a focus on plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and rectify faults on M&E equipment, ensuring systems are compliant and safe.
- Carry out plumbing repairs, installations, and testing as required.
- Assist with mechanical services such as pumps, valves, and heating systems.
- Support electrical work when needed, including minor electrical fault finding and repairs.
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest safety and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Strong background in plumbing or mechanical engineering.
- Experience working in an M&E environment, ideally within commercial properties.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Knowledge of building services and the ability to carry out minor electrical tasks.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
