Due to really exciting investment and growth we are seeking a highly experienced, skilled and motivated Microsoft Copilot Trainer to join our IT department at Chaucer.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Microsoft Copilot Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing user adoption and proficiency with Microsoft Copilot, and with other applications in particular around the Cloud migration.

As our Microsoft Copilot Trainer you will play a crucial role in driving the successful adoption of Copilot within organizations. Your primary responsibility will be to create and implement a robust adoption plan, ensuring that users effectively leverage Copilot’s capabilities promoting its benefits and best practices, and providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Our Microsoft Copilot Trainer on a daily basis will be responsible for:

  • Develop and execute a user adoption strategy that aligns with organisational goals.
  • Train early adopters and champions within the organisation to become advocates and mentors.
  • Design and develop training materials, including user guides, video tutorials, and interactive e-learning modules.
  • Facilitate workshops and hands-on training sessions to ensure users can effectively utilise Microsoft Copilot features.
  • Customise content based on different user roles and skill levels.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and prioritise scenarios where Copilot can add value.
  • Understand user needs and tailor adoption plans accordingly.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Microsoft Copilot Trainer looking for a really exciting career change. Whilst Copilot is very new and  extensive experience is unlikely, what is important is a strong M365 training background and fantastic communication skills. All roles with Chaucer are initially 12 month Fixed Term Contracts though there is every chance of becoming Permanent. This is a hybrid role with 2 or 3 days a week in the London office.
