Responsibilities of the Multi-Site Manager include:
- Manage on site staff, ensuring KPIs are achieved.
- Recruit and onboard staff.
- Implement processes and procedures.
- Oversee P&Ls.
- Lead annual budget process.
- Present financial performance to stakeholders.
- Ensure sites are delivering excellent customer service.
- Be point of contact for escalated complaints or issues.
- Lead on compliance with legislation.
