Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join a leading property services company based In Waltham Forest
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties
- you’ll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include Plumbing works, sinks, taps, showers, toilets, baths etc
- Remedial Carpentry works
- Repair patching of plaster and replacing small areas of tiles
16 week contract (opportunity to go perm) Offering up to £25.16 paye umbrella or £19.60 paye (NO CIS) + company van and fuel card
Requirements:
- Trade related qualification, city and guilds, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
- You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence for 12 months as Work van provided
- Ability to use hand tools, and operate small hand held plant such as drills and breakers etc.
