We have an opportunity for a Multi Skilled Electrician to join a housing estate team for a local council in North Kensington, West London.
This is a static role so no van and fuel card will be provided, as all properties are within walking distance.
Responsibilities:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring systems and fixtures in domestic social housing properties.
- Installing and upgrading electrical systems for heating and hot water, including boilers, immersion heaters, and heat pumps.
- Repairing and maintaining electrical components of hot water systems, such as unvented cylinders, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Using PDA equipment competently to record works carried out in real time and ensuring all works are carried out safely in accordance with code of conduct.
- Providing excellent customer service by communicating effectively with tenants about the work being carried out.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- JIB Gold Card (ECS Gold Card)
- Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671:2018
- Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations (2365)
- Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installations (2357)
- Part P Certification
