Your new companyOur client are a successful FM service provider with contracts around the UK. They are hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical bias) for a commercial office site in Milton Keynes. Working pattern is Monday - Friday.Your new roleAs a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with electrical bias, you will carry out reactive and planned maintenance works to M&E plant & equipment at a commercial office. Key duties will include:
- PPMs in line with SFG 20 and ACOPs
- Reactive maintenance works to agreed KPI response times
- Reporting job closures in real time
- Adhere to all relevant H&S and compliance regulations
What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role you will require relevant experience working as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer in a commercial setting, ideally within a corporate office environment. You will also require:
- Relevant level 3 electrical quals
- 18th edition (or required knowledge to swiftly obtain)
- Knowledge of M&E equipment and plant
- PPM and reactive experience

- £40,000 salary
- £2,400 call out allowance
