Goldman & Fine is recruiting for a highly trained worker in Westminster, applicants MUST have a minimum of 2 years of experience as you’ll be picked due to your ability to work a construction environment. applicants must have experience in painting, flooring, fitting, plastering, pluming and electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of maintenance, repairs, and installations in multiple trades, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tiling, painting, and general construction.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in various systems, including plumbing, heating, electrical, and structural components.
  • Carry out scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are kept in optimal condition.
  • Assist with installations and repairs, including fixtures, fittings, and equipment.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
  • Respond to emergency repairs and urgent requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organized work area and ensure tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
  • Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work completed.
  • Work independently or as part of a team, providing support as needed on various projects.
  • Maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism at all times.
