Multi-skilled Tradespeople | London | Full Time | £40,000 +
Our client is a long-established property maintenance company working with prime letting agents as well as domestic customers, they pride themselves in delivering excellent customer service and were awarded ‘Best Property Maintenance Company’ in Greater London in 2018 and ‘Best Property Maintenance Company & Award for Excellence in Emergency Repairs’ in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 and are a friendly, highly supportive employer.
Successful candidates will earn from £40,000 PAYE or up to £200 per day CIS-based, with plenty of overtime available if required.
The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified and experienced tradesperson, ideally with exceptional plumbing skills who will undertake general maintenance and refurbishment work.

- Extensive experience of all, or any, of the fields above
- Time-served experience with relevant qualifications up to date
- A flexible, friendly and helpful attitude
- A full, clean driving licence
What will your role look like?
- A wide variety of maintenance and refurbishment projects, from small jobbing jobs to multi-week, multi-trade refurbishments
- Bathroom and kitchen fitting, whole house refurbishment, carpentry, plumbing, basic electrics, pointing, tiling, plastering and decorating
- Experience with roofing or diagnosing/resolving damp and condensation issues a distinct advantage
- Providing exceptional customer service and communication
- Completing required paperwork to the highest standard.
- Working to H&S guidelines
- Maintaining a professional presentation and keeping company van clean and well maintained.
