RT10 - Multi-skilled Tradesperson

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 Per annum (Depending on experience)

Location: Central London


Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Multi Skilled Tradesperson on behalf of one of our clients a family run estate agency. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.


Duties and Responsibilities:

• Mon – Fri, 0900 – 1800
• Handyperson with a range of skills in areas such as but not limited to carpentry, high finish decorating, tiling, plastering, plumbing and electrical work

Skills and Qualifications:

• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Be self-disciplined, polite and friendly
• Full valid UK driving licence

Benefits:

• 20 days holiday per year
• 1 additional day of holiday for every year worked, up to a maximum of 25 days
• Option to buy or sell holidays (max 5) in any calendar year
